TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to The Yes Club, a membership community operated by The Curated Life Co., LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing a membership or participating in The Yes Club, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About The Yes Club
The Yes Club is a women's lifestyle and experiences community designed to encourage intentional living, meaningful connections, and exploring new experiences.
Membership includes:
Monthly video prompts and inspiration.
Curated ideas for experiences and activities.
Access to a private membership community.
Monthly virtual gatherings and check-ins.
Opportunities to connect with other members.
Membership offerings may evolve as the community grows.
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership is intended for women aged 18 and older.
Members agree to provide accurate registration and payment information and to participate respectfully in the community.
Memberships are individual and nontransferable.
3. Membership Pricing
The Yes Club offers three membership rates:
Exclusive Event Offer — $19/month
Available to eligible individuals who enroll by October 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern.
Founding Membership — $29/month
Available to individuals who enroll between October 31 and December 31, 2026.
Standard Membership — $49/month
Available to new members beginning January 1, 2027.
Members who enroll at a promotional rate retain that monthly rate as long as their membership remains continuously active and in good standing.
Promotional rates cannot be transferred or reinstated following cancellation.
4. Billing and Recurring Payments
Membership fees are charged automatically each month through PayPal or another designated payment processor.
Your billing date is based on the date you enroll. For example, if you enroll on October 25, your next monthly payment will generally occur on November 25.
By enrolling, you expressly authorize recurring monthly payments at your selected membership rate until you cancel.
The amount and billing frequency will be displayed at checkout.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
All membership payments are nonrefundable once processed, except where required by law.
Members are requested to submit cancellation requests at least 48 hours before their next scheduled billing date to allow sufficient processing time.
Members may cancel their recurring subscription through PayPal or contact The Curated Life Co., LLC for assistance. Cancellation will stop future payments, and membership access will continue through the end of the current paid billing period.
Cancellation requests submitted within 48 hours of the next billing date may not be processed before the upcoming payment. However, members retain any cancellation rights provided by applicable law or their payment processor.
Once canceled, promotional membership rates cannot be reinstated.
6. Events and Experiences
The Yes Club provides curated suggestions, inspiration, and community opportunities.
Unless expressly included in a separate offer, membership fees do not cover travel, accommodations, transportation, meals, event tickets, or third-party activities.
Members are responsible for their own expenses, reservations, and participation decisions.
Any separately organized trips or paid events may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
7. Community Guidelines
Members agree to maintain a welcoming and respectful environment.
Harassment, bullying, discrimination, unauthorized solicitation, and sharing another member's private information without permission are prohibited.
We reserve the right to moderate community activities and suspend or terminate membership for violations, subject to applicable law.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
Members may voluntarily share personal experiences during virtual gatherings and community discussions.
Members agree not to record, publish, or share another participant's private information or personal stories without permission.
Although we encourage confidentiality, we cannot guarantee the actions of other members.
Please review our separate Privacy Policy for information about how we collect and use personal data.
9. Photography and Recordings
Certain events or virtual gatherings may be recorded. Participants will receive notice when recording occurs.
We will obtain additional consent when required before using identifiable member images, recordings, or testimonials for promotional purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
The Yes Club branding, original materials, videos, curated resources, and written content are owned by The Curated Life Co., LLC or their respective rights holders.
Membership provides personal, noncommercial access to these materials.
Materials may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.
11. Personal Responsibility
Participation in The Yes Club and its suggested experiences is voluntary.
The Yes Club provides lifestyle inspiration and community support, not medical, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
Members are responsible for assessing activities based on their own circumstances.
12. Changes to Membership and Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions or modify membership offerings as the community develops.
We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when required by law.
Continuously active members with guaranteed promotional pricing will retain their agreed monthly rate.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Curated Life Co., LLC is not responsible for losses arising from independent third-party activities, service interruptions outside our reasonable control, or members' voluntary participation decisions.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
